Our kitchen, run by head chef Kate Allan, creates fresh seasonal dishes. Kate grew up in Tuscany and combines her experience in home-grown food and sustainable farming with technical ability learnt working with chefs such as Theo Randall.
We stock carefully selected produce mainly from the UK, and know each producer and their story. Our produce is dictated by the seasons – We don’t believe in ‘everything, all the time’.
Our coffee is selected for its taste, origin and sustainability. We bake every day that we’re open creating an evolving menu of delicious sweet and savoury treats.
Our interior is an inviting space making reference to the land through a carefully selected palette of natural materials, textures and hand crafted fittings.
